Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan har ikke vundet nogen Grammy-priser.

Imidlertid blev han posthumt nomineret til Best Traditional Folk Album Grammy Award for sit album "The Last Prophet:The Best of Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan" i 2006.
